Meet Karly

With roots in both California and Texas, and a family history in real estate, the industry has always been part of Karly’s world. After attending college in San Diego, she moved to the Midwest for a slower-paced life and landed in Missouri, where she began her real estate career and found deep fulfillment helping people achieve homeownership — many for the first time — while also guiding military relocations and land sales along the way. It was an experience that cemented her passion for helping people build stability through homeownership. She is driven by strong contractual knowledge, attention to detail, and steadfast advocacy for her clients, while prioritizing education and transparency in every transaction.

In 2022, Karly brought that foundation to Austin. The market shift was dramatic and energizing, and she quickly adapted to one of the most competitive markets in the country. Since then, she’s worked across all sides of the business — representing first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and developers across single-family homes and downtown high-rise properties. That range of experience allows her to move seamlessly between price points and property types while keeping her clients protected and informed. She’s especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers through the process with clarity and confidence, making sure nothing feels rushed or intimidating. She believes education is power and takes pride in advocating fiercely for her clients’ best interests and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency.

Karly understands that Austin is a forever home for some and a season of life for others — her goal is to help every client find a place that truly feels like home. Beyond the world of real estate, her time is often spent outdoors, which is one of the reasons she fell in love with this city — whether that’s hiking in the Hill Country with her German Shepherd, boat days on the lake, or enjoying a picnic and card games at Zilker.
